A successful man has energy. He gets up early in the morning despite having gone to sleep later than he should have the night before. He conducts his days with ceaseless thought and movement. A successful man’s energy is endless because he is goal oriented: the desire to attain the greatness he envisions is his driving force. 

 But energy is only the thing that carries the rest of his attributes. It is not enough just to strive for something; it takes other special qualities to make a successful man. For one, a successful man must be intelligent. Intelligence is not reflected merely in a diploma that hangs upon the office wall, however. Education does not make a man successful; rather, it is how he chooses to use his education or just his practiced area of expertise. For some, having common sense and knowing how to use it is enough in the push for success. Furthermore, he is shrewd as much in business as in his personal life. Being shrewd is different from intelligence in that it involves applied analytical decision making. A successful man will think through his big decisions and base his responses to colleagues, clients, competitors and lovers on his staunch aims. 

While he might be curt in order to get what he wants, he is never rude. A successful man always makes good use of his grooming in both manners and appearance. Because his achievements depend on the way others regard him, he knows to treat others with respect. He is charming, and whether or not he believes in himself, he makes all others around him believe that he is destined for even greater things. In fitted suits, he squares his shoulders and walks with pride to inspire healthy fear in others, to boost his esteem and rise to the top. Additionally a man with ambition and success takes time to groom himself physically. His regimen might include a daily trip to the gym, a weekly trip to the salon, or a monthly trip to the store to update the contents of his walk-in closet. 

In every man’s success, there is a woman that stands behind him – or next to him as the case may be. A successful man chooses a woman that will support his endeavors, listen to his ideas, stand behind his risks and make him look good in public. Much of the time, these women are younger, beautiful girls who will always remain in awe of her man’s prowess and his drive for achievement. 

Finally, as a result of his innate intelligence, the way he presents himself to his peers and the woman he chooses as his companion, a successful man has money. Perhaps wealth is the greatest attribute a successful man can claim.
